Discover Our MissionThe NAAAA Orlando Chapter exists to monitor, recognize, mentor, and uplift African American youth. We help students and families prepare for college, leadership, and lifelong achievement through guidance, encouragement, and access to meaningful opportunities.
We use athletics, education, technology, and esports as catalysts for leadership. Our programs include college readiness, scholarship and financial-aid awareness, career exploration, mentoring, family engagement, leadership development, and experiences that prepare students for success beyond sports.
We recognize and reward academic, athletic, and community excellence while building partnerships that expand opportunity. Every program, event, and sponsorship is designed to strengthen confidence, support families, and create lasting impact throughout Orlando and Central Florida.

Building S.T.A.R.S. Inc. presents a youth basketball skills camp focused on competition, confidence, and development on and off the court.
The 2026 Orlando Teen Summit is a focused evening for student-athletes and families preparing for college, leadership, recruiting, financial literacy, communication, wellness, and life beyond sports. Students will connect with educators, mentors, athletic professionals, and community leaders who can help them make informed decisions about their next step.
Ocoee High School NCAA Night Teen Summit 2026 is Tuesday, October 20, 2026,
from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Ocoee High School cafeteria. Parents are
encouraged to attend. The event includes college preparation, leadership
development, recruiting readiness, communication skills, financial literacy,
wellness and mental health, and life beyond the game. Chase is the financial
literacy workshop partner.

College Readiness Partnership
NAAAA Orlando is partnering with BrightMap Education to give selected student-athletes practical tools for college planning, scholarships, testing strategy, academic readiness, and career exploration.
BrightMap Education is supporting the Orlando Chapter with complimentary Roadmap access for selected active student-athletes in grades 8 through 11.
BrightMap Education has donated 25 individual annual Roadmap memberships to NAAAA Orlando. Each selected student receives private access to create a personalized profile, understand where they stand, and take the next steps in their college and career journey.
One private access code is assigned to each student selected by the Orlando Chapter. Codes are distributed directly and are not published on the public website.

A customized roadmap based on each student's profile, goals, grade level, and timeline.
